APPARATUS TRAIN VT.PA

APPARATUS TRAIN VT.PA

Apparatus Train VT.PA can be operated in underground headings of mining facilities, including non-methane and methane fields, with a "a", "b" or "c" degree of methane explosion hazard and in fields classified as "A" or "B" class of carbon dust explosion risk. The apparatus train enables the movement of heavy electrical equipment (e.g. circuit breakers, transformers, etc.), dedusting devices, cooling devices and other machines and devices following the progress of the excavated corridor or the exploited longwall. The components of the apparatus train are adapted to move along the typical rails of the suspended monorail track with a profile I155, I140. Individual components of a light-duty train VT.PA, in particular, trolleys, tie rods and a transport pallet can be used in other overhead transport devices – together with tractors of suspended monorails and in cable cars, in case that they are used in accordance with the operating manual and in correlation with technical parameters.

The structure of the individual components of the device allows for any configuration of transporting sets, however the total mass of the instrument train with its materials and its component of the force of gravity along the track, shall not exceed 80% of the nominal pulling / pushing force of the shifting device VT.UP

Apparatus train VT.PA can be used in underground mines under the following conditions:

the following parameters must not be exceeded during operation:
maximum longitudinal slope of the track ±30°
maximum pulling / pushing force of the shifting device VT.UP 40kN, or 60kN
maximum pressure AH.UP 3,5MPa or 5,3MPa (under-piston),
  6,3MPa or 9,5MPa (over-piston)
minimum parameters for the suspension track runway rail profile - I155 acc.PN-H-93441-10:1994;
  or I140E acc. DIN 20593,
maximum straight rail length 2m or 3m depending on the spacing and load capacity of the cars
min. strength of the rail joint in the direction of suspension 50kN
min. strength of the rail joint along the track 40kN, or 60kN
